We started importing and distributing the Scottoiler range of products in 2003.
We are interested in the best of breed, and the unique.

When we take on a new product we carry out the following work:

Translation/rewriting of installation manuals and guides

All products we sell include localised instructions. A British engineer and a Spanish journalist ensure technical accuracy and professional-quality real spanish - no dictionary translations.

Web placement

We implement either a dedicated manufacturer-based spanish-language site or a mini product site within our main site. We collate ALL the manufacturers’ information and other relevant internet sources to provide as much information as possible to the spanish-speaking consumer. The idea is to pre-answer all client questions and doubts and guarantee high search engine ranking.

Sales

All products are integrated into our online shop where practical.

Marketing

We press-release to the relevant print media and web portals and supply goods for test where we consider prudent.

Technical Support

We have a database of thousands of workshop manuals and are able to provide advanced technical support for most electronic/mechanical queries regarding installation, usage and faults.

Service

We don't have a "mission statement" but:

• we answer the phone, and call back if we can't
• we answer our emails promptly and don't avoid the awkward/unprofitable ones
• we believe any products should meet customers’ expectations or they get their money back.
• we pay our bills on time
• we do what we promise, or we don't promise.
