Suzuki Injection (CO) Adjuster

The Healtech Suzuki Injection Adjuster (SIA) is a professional workshop tool that allows a simple modification to the factory fuel map on certain models of Suzuki motorcycles, without needed to install anything on the bike whatsoever!

Ideal for reducing the CO output to pass emissions testing, or to stop back-firing with an after-market exhaust/air-filter.
The SIA is the only alternative available for the Nikko Racing Suzuki Injection Adjuster / Yoshimura Fuel Injection Adjuster Box, both of which are now no longer manufactured.

Use

The SIA plugs into the expansion port connector (where available) on most Suzuki motorcycles manufactured between 1997 and 2014.

The Healtech SIA has two ranges of adjustment.
“Idle”: From idle up to 3000rpm. An adjustment of the fuelling mixture +/-8% on individual cylinders.
“Load”: From 3000rpm to the red line. An adjustment of the fuelling mixture -10%/+15% on all cylinders for three throttle position ranges (0-40%/40-80%/80-100%).

This reduction of -10% will reduce the CO output greatly (for example from 4.5% to 0.5%, depending on the bike. But if the CO is higher than 5%, it is likely that this reduction (-10%) will be insufficient. In this case, the FI Tuner pro will be required (see below) which offers an adjustment down to -15%.

Compatibility

The SIA is compatible with older models of Suzuki that have the expansion port. While we publish an orientative list of compatible bikes, this list is not continually updated: you must check the Healtech Product Advisor before purchase.

Alternative to the SIA: FI Tuner Pro

The SIA is a workshop tool, designed to solve fuelling problems quickly on customer's bikes, but the wide-band modifications it makes to the fuel map are not appropriate to improve performance.

An alternative product to adjust the fuel map accurately for your bike, is the Healtech FI-Tuner pro.
This offers a precise control of the fuelling map, without permanent modification to the original ECU.
The FI Tuner pro is cheaper than a Power Commander and much easier to install.
