"Motorvista" is owned by Steve Sherratt and Ana Bobes.
We started importing and distributing the Scottoiler range of products in 2003.
We are interested in the best of breed and the new/unique.
When we take on a new product we carry out the following work:
Translation/rewriting of installation manuals and guides
All products we sell include localised instructions and technical support.
The combination of a British engineer and a Spanish journalist ensure technical accuracy and professional-quality real spanish - no dictionary translations.
Web placement
We may implement either a dedicated manufacturer-orientated ".es" spanish-language site or a section within our online shop.
We collate ALL the manufacturers’ information and other relevant internet sources to provide as much information as possible to the spanish-speaking consumer. The idea is to pre-answer all client questions and doubts and guarantee high search engine ranking.
Sales
We deal with hundreds of trade account by phone or email and have an online shop for end-users. All products are integrated into our online shop.
Marketing
We press-release to the relevant print media and web portals and supply goods for test where we consider prudent. We supply marketing materials to trade accounts and support forum-based bike-specific end-user motorcycle meets.
Technical Support
We have a database of thousands of workshop manuals and are able to provide advanced technical support for most electronic/mechanical queries regarding installation, usage and faults.
Service
We don't have a "mission statement" but have found our standard courses of action to be relatively uncommon:
- we answer the phone, and return all messages
- we answer all our emails promptly and don't avoid the awkward/unprofitable ones
- we believe any of our products should meet the customers’ expectations or they get their money back
- we pay our bills on time
- we do what we promise
