ABS Deactivation Switch – Yamaha Tenere 700 2019-2024

This control cable allows you to disconnect the ABS with a simple switch while you are riding, no need for a complicated modification with washers and spacers.

Note that in EURO5 bikes (2021-2024), the use of this product will trigger an error code A85 “FI” on the dash.

Installation

Installation is simple, simply connect the cable in-line with the rear ABS sensor, which is a two-pin connector located under the seat next to the ECU. The cable uses original connectors and a fireproof sheath so no need for any cutting or splicing.

To re-enable ABS, change the switch position, and cycle the ignition.
