Exhaust Servo Calibrator ECS-A01 for Aprilia

The Exhaust Servo Calibrator (ECS) workshop tool for Aprilia allows easy calibration of the ECU to the exhaust servomotor without the need for the factory tool.

This ECS tool is used in two scenarios.

1. The original exhaust servo is installed and working correctly, but the ECU reports a permanent or intermittent fault.
   The ESC-A01 updates the ECU with the actual characteristics of the exhaust servo and so prevents the false fault detection.
2. The exhaust servomotor has been removed and replaced with a HealTech Exhaust Servo Eliminator ESE-A04, but the ECU continues to detect a fault.
   The ESC-A01 updates the ECU to accept the standard characteristics of the ESE-A04 and so prevents the fault detection.

There is no need to re-install the original servomotor to carry out this procedure. The ESC will clear the error code after performing the calibration.

How to use the ESC: just plug it into the diagnostic port, turn the ignition key on and wait a few seconds. The LED will turn green when the calibration is complete.
