The images and descriptions of the products have been provided by suppliers, manufacturers or public information sources and although in most cases they match the product, it is possible that this is not the case. For any questions, contact us.


The product page indicates whether it is in stock or not. A product marked "out of stock" or "on request" will have a delay of about 7 business days but may vary due to ordering and shipping constraints.
We will ship the order when it is complete/all products are available.
We will communicate any additional delay to the customer who has the right to cancel the order at any time with a full refund of the amount paid, as long as the order has not been shipped.


All prices published on the website include VAT.
Customers outside the EU (and the Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla) can purchase without VAT, once registered in the store.
MOTORVISTA C.B. reserves the right to cancel orders if it is detected that a price published on the website has a typographical error.

MOTORVISTA C.B. offers the contractual guarantee usually granted by the brand or supplier under the legally established terms, for a period of two years from the delivery date.

Section 5 of article 123 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users recognizes that "The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within a period of two months from when they had knowledge of it.
In the case of a defective product, MOTORVISTA C.B. will assume the cost of collection during the period of validity of the contractual warranty.

Purchase Process

In the product sheet, click on "Add to Cart" to add the chosen product to the cart.
There is a link that shows the number of products in the cart and the total amount. You can click on this link to see the details of the cart and the shipping options (and their cost).

You can add more products to the cart or complete the purchase by clicking on "Cart".

To continue the purchasing process, you must register your data (if you are a new customer) or log in with your email and password (if you are already a customer).

First step: Choose the shipping method.

We use SEUR/OnTime messaging and Correos. More details of shipping options.

Second step: Choose the payment method.

You can pay by transfer, cash on delivery, credit card or Paypal. More details of payment options.

Third step: Order confirmation.

The customer receives an automatic order confirmation email in a few minutes. If you do not receive the email, the customer should check the spam folder/filters before contacting us to resolve the issue.

The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time with a full refund of the amount paid, as long as the order has not been shipped.

Cancel an Order

Once the order has been placed, it can be canceled as long as the shipment has not yet occurred.
In the case of orders for which the amount has not yet been paid, the order may be canceled by phone or email.
In the case of orders in which the amount has already been deposited, the corresponding refund will be made, which may take up to 5 business days.
In the event that the order has not been sent, Motorvista will return the total amount paid.
In the event that the order has already been sent, Motorvista will return the amount paid less the costs of shipping and collecting the package.

Opciones de Envío

Los gastos de envío no están incluidos en el precio de los artículos pero ofrecemos envíos gratis en España (península y Baleares) y Portugal para pedidos con un valor superior a 75€ y Canarias, Ceuta/Melilla para pedidos superiores a 95€.

No hacemos envíos al Reino Unido por culpa de los tramites engorrosos.

Los productos que se encuentran en existencia se enviarán en 2-3 días hábiles.
Un producto marcado "sin stock" o "bajo pedido" tendrá el plazo de entrega que se indica en la ficha del producto.
El tiempo de entrega depende de la disponibilidad de los productos seleccionados por el cliente.

Una vez añadido el producto al carro, la página del resumen del carro muestra una tabla de opciones de envío.

Península/Portugal - SEUR/Correos

SEUR/OnTime: entrega dentro de dos días hábiles antes de las 19:00 horas.
Puede recoger el envío en una oficina/agencia de SEUR, si le resulta más conveniente. En el momento de hacer el pedido, puede indicar en el comentario en qué oficina quiere recogerlo.

Baleares - SEUR/OnTime

SEUR/OnTime: el precio puede incrementar en relación con el peso y volumen del paquete. Entrega dentro de tres días hábiles.
Puede recoger el envío en una oficina/agencia de SEUR, si le resulta más conveniente. En el momento de hacer el pedido, puede indicar en el comentario en qué oficina quiere recogerlo.

Islas Canarias - Correos

A los artículos enviados a Canarias, no se les aplica el IVA en la compra. Los clientes deberán abonar el Impuesto General Indirecto Canario (IGIC) y asumir el DUA de Importación a la recepción del pedido en los casos en que se aplique según la legislación tributaria canaria, que puede tramitar Correos o el propio comprador a través de un autodespacho aduanero de los impuestos de importación (no incluidos en los gastos de envío).
En ningún caso Motorvista se hace cargo de los impuestos, aranceles o cargos de despacho de aduanas, dichos gastos son asumidos por el cliente.

Ceuta/Melilla - Correos

A los artículos enviados a Ceuta y Melilla no se les aplica el IVA en la compra y debe ir acompañados de un DUA para documentar la exportación. Es obligatorio para que podamos facturar sin IVA y para facilitar los trámites de importación en el país destino.
La generación de un DUA supone un coste adicional, añadido al precio del envío durante el proceso de compra. DUA Ceuta/Melilla: 15 euros.

Envíos al Extranjero (dentro del UE) - SEUR/OnTime/Correos

El precio del envío varía bastante entre los países y en relación con el peso. El precio final siempre se muestra en el carro junto con los productos. Tiempo de entrega 7-10 días hábiles.

Envíos fuera del UE - SEUR/OnTime/Correos

El precio del envío varía bastante entre los países y en relación con el peso. El precio final siempre se muestra en el carro junto con los productos. A los artículos enviados al extranjero fuera del UE no se les aplica el IVA en la compra y debe ir acompañados de un DUA para documentar la exportación. Es obligatorio para que podamos facturar sin IVA y para facilitar los trámites de importación en el país destino.

Sudamérica - Correos

Utilizamos el servicio por "superficie económico". En teoría puede tardar entre 1-2 meses pero en la práctica tarda entre 14-21 días, los paquetes pequeños suelen ir por avión en lugar de por barco.

Entrega de Productos Dañados

En el caso de recibir el paquete del material con signos de haber sido manipulado o golpeado, indíquelo en el albarán del transportista y revise los productos en presencia del repartidor. No firme el albarán sin haber indicado estas incidencias a pesar de comprobar que efectivamente su material parece estar en perfectas condiciones.


Para realizar su devolución, envíenos un email, a través de la siguiente dirección: o bien llamando a +34 984 480 148 /+34 647 812 195 indicando el nº de pedido.

Devoluciones de Productos Defectuosos/Equivocados

Motorvista se hará cargo de los gastos de envío siempre que el consumidor indique esta circunstancia en el plazo de siete (7) días desde la fecha de recepción de la compra.

Devoluciones por decisión del Cliente

Podrá ejercer su derecho de desistimiento con el reembolso del importe dentro de un plazo de 14 días a contar desde la fecha de entrega del pedido.

Todas las devoluciones de producto están sujetas a aprobación según las siguientes fases.

Primera Fase - Comunicación

El cliente deberá identificar lo siguiente:
1. Causa que origina la devolución (de forma clara y precisa)
2. Identificar la factura y/o número de pedido que ampara el producto en cuestión

Segunda Fase – Envío/Recogida

Los bultos sujetos a una devolución deben ser rotulados con la nota pertinente, en un lugar visible y de forma legible. El cliente es el responsable de asegurar que se cumpla lo siguiente:
1. Correcto empaquetado (protección adecuada contra golpes, humedad, estática, polvo, calor excesivo, robo, extravío, etc.). Es importante que no ponga cinta aislante/celo directamente en el embalaje del producto.
2. Costo de fletes de envío a nuestras instalaciones en Avenida Roces 1140 Local 2, Gijón, 33209, Asturias, España. Motorvista puede encargarse de la recogida (por tener una mejor tarifa de mensajería) según acuerdo previo, restando los gastos del importe de la devolución final.
3. Al margen de cualquier problema legal, por accidente, de seguridad o de cualquier otro aspecto que pudiera generar el envío de la devolución, dicho gasto quedará a cargo y responsabilidad del cliente.

Devoluciones desde Canarias

Es absolutamente necesario que el documento de envío emitido por Correos NO esté marcado como "Regalo" y DEBE estar marcado como "Devolución" como se muestra en este ejemplo:

NO basta con describir el producto como un devolución, DEBE estar seleccionada la casilla marcada en verde. En caso contrario, Correos cobra gastos de importación y se restará el importe reembolsado al cliente.

Tercera Fase: Revisión del Producto

Una vez que el producto llegue a nuestras instalaciones, se procederá a la revisión del producto. El producto deberá estar en perfectas condiciones, con todas las etiquetas adjuntas, en su embalaje original y con los manuales y accesorios originales. En el caso de que vaya emblistado o el producto precintado de origen, si se desprecinta Motorvista podrá negarse a la devolución del producto. Se reserva el derecho a realizar una devaluación del producto de hasta un 20% en concepto de rotura o desperfectos en el embalaje original del mismo, asumiendo el cliente el coste del porte para retornar el producto. En caso de daño o faltantes, éstos serán a cargo del cliente, emitiéndose la factura correspondiente para generar el cobro. Cuando existan documentos que el cliente posea como garantía de pago de los productos que pertenecen a la devolución, estos serán entregados una vez que se concluya con todo el proceso anterior.

Por ningún motivo se aceptará un producto en devolución si cumple con alguno de los siguientes casos:
1. El empaquetado o las cajas de producto cuentan con etiquetas no originales o estén violadas
2. Que el producto se encuentre rayado, con golpes, sucio o con otra forma de maltrato.
3. El empaquetado o las cajas no sean originales.
4. Si el producto muestra el más mínimo síntoma de haber sido utilizado fuera del uso que se considera normal.

Una vez recibida la mercancía en nuestro almacén, y previa comprobación del estado de ésta, se procederá al reintegro de su importe conforme lo acordado con el cliente. Motorvista se reserva el derecho de efectuar la devolución en los medios que pago que en ese momento sean más convenientes para Motorvista, en un plazo máximo de 7 días. En cualquier caso, se admitirá el cambio de los productos en mal estado y envíos erróneos, siendo Motorvista quien se haga cargo de los gastos de envío siempre que el consumidor indique esta circunstancia en el plazo de siete (7) días desde la fecha de recepción de la compra.

Payment Methods

Transfer/Deposit into account

MOTORVISTA C.B. uses the secure payment gateway of Banco Sabadell (Redsýs).
During the purchase process, once the shipping and payment method has been selected, the customer will complete the payment on the gateway, outside the store's website for security reasons (the store does not store card data).
The payment process in the gateway may include an additional security step (password/SMS/coordinated card) by the client's own bank.
MOTORVISTA C.B. has no control over the card charging process. This payment method does not have any surcharge.


The PayPal payment gateway offers the option to pay by a PayPal account or by any credit/debit card. It is possible that a card that fails with Redsys may work with the PayPal gateway.
