The Dispenser Mounting Sleeves attach to the underside of the swingarm to support the oil delivery tube.
Note that these sleeves are sized to tightly hold the oil delivery tube inside the plastic sleeve supplied with the Scottoiler kits pre-2012 as hown in the image.
