Exhaust Servo Controllers

A Switched Exhaust Servo Emulator gives the rider total control of the exhaust servo motor/the EXUP valve via a handlebar-mounted switch: open/close the EXUP valve completely, or normal for road use, maintaining the bike street-legal, all without causing any "FI" error code.

The ESE-SW has three switch positions

1. "Valve Closed"
   The ESE-SW disconnects the ECU from the servomotor but sends data to the ECU to prevent an FI" error. It is not necessary that the servomotor is even installed/it can be removed completely.
   Closes the EXUP valve completely to reduce noise.
2. "Factory Mode": the ECU has normal control of the exhaust servo.
3. "Valve Open":
   The ESE-SW disconnects the ECU from the servomotor but sends data to the ECU to prevent an FI" error. It is not necessary that the servomotor is even installed/it can be removed completely.
   Opens the EXUP valve completely.

Features

• Plug and play: the ESE-SW uses the same connectors as the compatible bikes.
  Just plug the unit in-line with the original servo motor connectors.
  However, the ESE-SW-K01, ESE-SW-S0x, and ESE-SW-Y01 models require a separate connection to a switched +12 supply, such as the rear light supply cable. The kit includes a connector for easy splicing without cutting the original cable.
